All products which have a manufacturing defect would be refunded/ replaced within 7 working days from the date of complaint. However, concerns pertaining to these defects should be highlighted within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Please note that breakage, mishandling of the product does not qualify as a manufacturing defect. For all other situations, we have a No refund Policy as these products are related to personal hygiene.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share a picture/ video of the defect in question. If your return is accepted, we will arrange a pickup of the product, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages to product in the 1 weeks times shall be considered exclusively.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once the good has been opened, we cannot exchange the product for another.
We are not providing any refunds, incase you cancel a prepaid order that has been dispatched 10% deduction fee is applicable, the balance shall be issued as online store credit. Incase goods are not dispatched, 5% cancellation charges apply and balance shall be issued as online store credit.
For digital products or services incase you have prepaid and not informed us 24 hours prior, 100% of the amount shall be forfeited and no refunds shall be applicable. Incase you have informed prior to 24 hours 5% deduction and store credit shall be initiated within 2 to 8 working days. (we appreciate your patience)
For FaceYoga classes we reserve the right to change the date, time of any classes last minute and we shall adjust you in a mutually agreeable slot, if no agreement is found then 100% store credit shall be initiated (no cash refunds applicable.)
The validity of all digital services last for 3 months ie..they need to be consumed in a 3 month period if not utilised then the service period expires and 100% amount is forfeited.
Skincare once purchased cannot be refunded. Incase of manufacturing issues or breakage, we will exchange/repair the product. In special cases, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Credit notes come with a validity, incase validity elapses we will not be able to assist you further. Refunds will be liable to deductions as per company policy.
