12 Classes (for any one kind of yoga)
Taught by our teachers pursuing PHD in yoga, you will Sweat it out and Tone up whilst meditating along the way. This 60 mins session will focus on breathwork, muscle toning + movement, fat burn and improved flexibility. Monthly Body Yoga classes at our Wellness Centre in New Delhi.
This series of 12 classes will be a combination of traditional yoga, muscle opening, crunches, flexibility and stamina build-up. This class shall end with pranayama and lung oxygenation practices and mild meditation. We follow Hatha Yoga philosophy of traditional yoga teachings.
