1. Fitness/ Weight loss - Hatha Yoga with a twist, these classes combine the best of yoga & weight loss training to help you get the results you desire.
2. Pre/Post Natal - Light yogic exercises with pranayama techniques to make natural child birth an easy process. Our trainers shall focus on pelvic opening and mobility. All necessary precautions taken.
3. PCOS - A meticulously planned routine for hormonal balancing and PCOS reduction.
4. Stress Coping - A class without stress (Physical or Mental) focusing on asana, mind relaxation and cool down techniques. This 1 hour session is designed to create a no digital zone, for you to focus on your well being.
5. Post Surgery Yoga - A Restorative recovery focus and muscle mobility step-up class, that will slowly and steadily help you regain your body strength post any major surgery.
6. Back Strengthening - Lower back pain troubling you much? This class focuses on back muscle strengthening and core strengthening. Use of microcurrenting and isometrics with restorative yogic techniques.
