1. Make sure the skin is clean, dry, and free of lotion.
2. Apply nipple cover. (Incase Needed)
3. Cut tape strips (approx 2-3" x 9-13" per side), round the edge to ensure a lasting fit.
4. Peel off and apply as illustrated. Lift your breast to the desired position.
5. Start applying the tape at the bottom or at night underneath your breast.
6. Stick from down to uplifting your breasts.
7. As you’re moving upwards, keep peeling off the back paper. Done!
