House of Beauty India & Bravee Collection

Section 1: General Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Beauty India. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfying experience. Due to the personal hygiene and safety nature of our products, certain service conditions apply.
Our Standard Policy

1. We maintain a No Refund Policy for all products due to hygiene and safety reasons. 
2. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrectly shipped orders

3. All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only (applicable to both Prepaid and Partial COD orders). 
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our end.

Section 2: Skincare, Face Tools & Body Care

This section applies to all House of Beauty skincare products, face tools, and body care items.

Reporting Window

  • Any defect or issue must be reported within 3 working days of receiving the order.
  • Damages reported after 7 days from delivery will not be accommodated.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

Manufacturing defects
Damaged items received upon arrival
Wrong product shipped (different from the order placed)

Return Process

1.  Email us at customercare@houseofbeautyindia.com with clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue. 
2.  Once approved, we will arrange a pickup. 
3.  A replacement or store credit will be processed within 7 working days.

Note: Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Post-Return Inspection

  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
  • A service fee of ₹250 will be applicable towards inspection, pickup, and re-delivery.
  • If the Product is Found in Working Condition
  • The customer will be liable to pay Shipping charges (both ways) & Handling fee of ₹250
  • No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

Repair / Replacement Process

  • Manufacturing defect or transit damage (within 3 days): Repair or replacement + ₹250 refunded
  • Product working properly: Product returned + ₹250 retained
  • Physical/liquid damage: Paid repair offered + ₹250 retained
  • Reported after 3 days: Paid repair only + service fee Non-refundable

Important

  • All requests are reviewed based on our quality inspection process and policy guidelines.
  • Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Any repair/replacement request cannot be accepted, except for the items listed in the policy.

Section 3: Intimate Wear (Bravee Collection)

This section applies to all Bravee intimate wear products, including nipple pasties, boob/body tape, lift-ups, and related intimate accessories.

Reporting Window

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • This strict timeline is standard for intimate apparel categories.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

Defective or torn products
Missing items in the package
Wrong item, variant, or size shipped

Proof Requirements to process your request, please share:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
  • A video of opening the sealed Bravee box showing the defect or missing item

Size Exchange Policy

  • Orders placed with the wrong size cannot be exchanged after delivery.
  • However, if your order has not been dispatched, you may request a size change by emailing us within 12–16 hours of placing the order.

Section 4: Digital Services (Face Yoga Classes)

This section applies to FaceYoga classes and all other digital services.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation with 24+ hours notice:
    5% deduction applicable; remaining balance issued as Store Credit within 2–8 working days.
  • Cancellation without 24-hour notice:
    100% amount forfeited. No refunds or store credit applicable.

Service Validity

  • All digital services must be utilized within 3 months of purchase.
  • Unused services after this validity period will automatically expire, and 100% of the amount will be forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

  • We reserve the right to reschedule class dates/timings at short notice.
  • In such cases, we will accommodate you in a mutually agreeable slot.
  • If no suitable slot can be agreed upon, 100% Store Credit will be issued.

Personal Class Rescheduling
A maximum of 2 reschedules is permitted for personal classes.

Section 5: Order Cancellation (Physical Products)

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate requests wherever possible.
