Instructions for Course Participants
Please read this document carefully, once you purchase the certified teacher training course your automatically agree and comply with the terms and conditions of this document.  

1. Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection

HOB Cosmetics Private Limited owns all intellectual property associated with HofB - House of Beauty® and Face Yoga School India®, protected under the Patents Act, 1970, and the Patents Act (Amendment), 1999. All materials, trademarks, and content are exclusive property of HOB Cosmetics.

2. Prohibited Actions

Participants in HofB - House of Beauty® courses must adhere to the following restrictions:

• Claiming Certification: Participants may not claim to be certified in Face Yoga by any other institute as part of HofB - House of Beauty® unless officially approved by HOB Cosmetics. Certification rights are granted only upon completion of the course.

• Use of Logos and Content: Prior to completing the course, participants may not use any logos, illustrations, or texts of HofB - House of Beauty®. Following course completion, due credits must be provided in any digital media.

• Recording Prohibition: No part of the training may be recorded without authorization, except licensed HofB videos, which may be reposted.

• Course Material Restrictions: Course materials are intended solely for personal client training. They may not be used to promote competing skincare products or to develop skincare lines based on HofB techniques.

• Material Sharing: Participants are prohibited from sharing course materials with others except as needed to teach clients and students.

• Content Distribution: Publishing or distributing HofB training materials, including in digital or print form, as one's own is prohibited.

• Media Representation: Participants may not use press, radio, television, or digital channels (social media, chat apps, SMS, etc.) to imply association with HofB without proper certification.

• Certification Display: Participants must display "@faceyoga_by_houseofbeauty certified teacher" in digital bios upon certification.

• Teacher Training Manual: The training manual provided by HofB - House of Beauty® is strictly for participant use and may not be shared in any format.

3. Professional Restrictions

Participants are not authorized to conduct any professional courses using HofB - House of Beauty® Face Yoga techniques. This prohibition excludes licensed instructors with “All Level Clearance” and an issued license number from House of Beauty®.

4. Media and Promotion Rights

HOB Cosmetics retains the right to repost or promote participant videos and client results on HofB digital platforms, recognizing the participant as a certified Face Yoga teacher.

5. Prior Approval for Publicity

Participants must obtain prior approval from HOB Cosmetics for any press, radio, television, or online promotional content related to HofB - House of Beauty® classes.

6. Violations and Legal Action

Any breach of these regulations may result in removal from the course, revocation of HofB rights, and/or legal action.

7. Document Copies

This document is prepared in two copies: one for the participant and one for HOB Cosmetics Private Limited.
